We utilise PHPLIST as a third party software to manage our newsletters to you and the information you provide is stored on our server. We will only use the personal information you provide to deliver the services you have requested, for announcements that will be relevant to you (based on the newsletters you subscribe to), or for our lawful disclosed purposes. We will not make your personal details available outside our organisation without your consent, unless obliged by law. Apart from the mandatory fields which will be indicated, providing all other information may be optional. When you register, the information you could be asked for include (but not limited to)
Birth Day, Month, Year
When we send you newsletters, we may track the way you access the resources within it. For example when you click on a link within a newsletter, when you open a newsletter, your response time, or if the newsletter has bounced back. This enables us to improve our service and efficiency.
Disclosure of your information
Your personal information will be accessible only to administrators of our group.
Our newsletters may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. It may also contain links to other websites. The information we collect is retained until a time as such comes where you request to be removed from our database of users, or if we cease to provide this service.
If you wish to be removed from our database of newsletters, please use this link. You will then no longer receive newsletters from us and you will be permanently removed from our database of users.
